BA update Urgent Boating News - We have been informed by Network Rail that due to a structural issue, Somerleyton Swing Bridge is currently non operational pending a visit by an engineer. It is likely the bridge will be out of operation for at least a few days. We will share any updates in due course.

I wonder if it would be more time efficient if they warned us when it was open. Seriously though it's time this contraption was replaced...

M&A surely every hire boat is commercial. Network Rail have a legal obligation to maintain the bridges, commercial traffic or not. Dave
if it is to be it is up to me.
