Hi all, I'm after some advice about our imminent debut on the broads... Not about the mossies!
We leave Stalham next monday morning and need to be in Beccles for Thursday night. We are moored there for two nights for a wedding and then have from Sat am to Monday am to get back to Stalham.
Any pointers about events to catch or places to see/avoid would be good but I have two specific concerns...

Is our journey possible in the times allowed?
How difficult is it to navigate Great Yarmouth and when will the tides be most favourable?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

The answer to your last question first. Yes just go to the tide predictions at the bottom of this page expand to 14 days and look at passage times.  Wednesday looks good, giving you time for a pootle about and later an afternoon return to Stokesby or somewhere.  Lots of things to see or do are mentioned on a whole string of theards
