I bought a new computer a few months ago with Windows 10 and keep getting 'upgrade' messages for 11. What are peoples thought that have upgraded as I read somewhere that some programs won't work with it? When I log into Herbert Woods camera's, I used to be able to click in the top right of the picture where the arrows are and it would give me a full window view when on my old 'Vista' comp but now it just goes black! Any ideas/ I use Chrome by-the-way.

I have been using 11 for several months with edge with no problems. The Barnes camera changed some time ago the arrows are in the bottom right corner and work fine for me, there is also a picture in picture function. Brian

Yes I am the same with Windows 10. I have a question. I am thinking of getting a Desk Top and so if I do I will need to transfer everything I have on here to the new machine. Is there any suggestions of how to achieve this please?

My company's policy is that it is still too early yet to touch Windows 11 with a barge pole! Like many modern corporations they push products to market that have not had sufficiently thorough testing and rely on guinea pig customers' feedback to iron out the bugs. Personally I am still regretting going to 10 from 7 as that was far superior but, of course, is no longer supported. Give it another 6 to 9 months and Windows 11 might have had sufficient updates to make it useable but as for retrospective compatability, who knows?

I am still on Windows 10 using Chrome & have always had to switch to Microsoft Edge to view the boatyard webcams and a number of other websites recently. There was a Chrome update last week but not been back to check if there is any improvement

Update. I have now updated to 11 but there doesn't appear to be any changes to my question! I have used Chrome and Edge but they both behave the same.
