As a footie fan, i would just like to say well done to ipswich commiserations to Donny it's not good being on the end of a drubbing, i hope Donny don't have a knee jerk reaction , driscoll has doen a great job with them and whilst we were struggling was quite envious. good luck to everyone's teams hope to avoid the play offs but that looks a bit remote.

Graham.
Cant see ODriscoll going anywhere at the moment,if he was going he would have gone after the game, and anyway
the chairman head hunted him to come to Donny, so the only way would be for him to resign,so glag he didnt do that.I think Leeds Utd have every chance of makeing the play offs,on a good run, scoreing goals, confidece is high, good young manager in Simon Grayson.....Shows there is life after Mr Beckford.

I see one the Ipswich scorers was a 17 year old, Connor Wickham who scored three goals. Approximately 35+ years ago another 17 year old appeared on the scene and scored four goals against Bolton Wanderers, his name - Trevor Francis. Smile

I think the forum should adopt a team, but not from
Premiership or any league team, say wroxham or is this
opening a can of worms, remember this would be a forum
supported team can you imagine 6000 turning up for a home
game.

That sounds a good idea Graham, let's see where it takes us, we might be able to take in a couple of games a year, although I don't suppose Lisa(goodfortune) would be particularly interested.

keith i am sure being attached to the broads, she would welcome the chance, even if it was trapsing round roys for an hour and a half. Wroxham would be the obvious choice though, But i would like to support a suffolk team as well so maybe pick two, one from the northern rivers and one from the southern rivers ?

Does the south have any football teams?
Now let’s think
There’s one from down Portman road way

Only they aren’t very good
Not worth supporting

Maybe Beccles and Wroxham to balance things out

And of course the best team on the broads
Come on you yellows

As they say in Norfolk, Do different.
