I have a full fry up but to make it a little more health I poach my egg, and grill my sausages and bacon so I suppose you would call my breakfast a full english grill up.

Steve. As a healthy diet freak for most of the year a boating holiday is a good excuse to let rip. Nothing tastes better than the full English whhen under way at 5.30 in the morning to catch the tide at Gt. Yarmouth!

Usually an early start, so just toast.
Then moor-up between 10 o’clock and 11 o’clock
for Brunch… sausages, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, fried tomatoes, fried bread, fried eggs and a heavily butted thick chunk of bread.

With all that healthy air, no need for healthy food.

I try to have a full english once per trip, but eggs and bacon (chopped up) fried in the same pan and put in rolls (served in a piece of paper towel) makes a nice breakfast for all the crew whether underway or moored, and just a few items to wash up.  I hate washing up!
