After reading the post I do not think anything bad/nasty etc was intended.
Like any email, text etc you read it how you see it.

Not for one minute do I think anything was intended negative, like the comment I am about to write..

Many thanks

I do not think the newspaper clip is being incentive, it’s stating “ treat the rivers with respect” and how dangerous they can be.
With this I do feel sorry for the young ladies family and what they are going through, mentally reliving the moment.
It needs to be made law anyone that’s on the outside of the boat needs to wear a life jacket.

Last week I was in Wales when a group of lads came down the river Dee in an inflatable unicorn purchased from Aldi and got into serious trouble.

“This comment is not meant to disrespect the ladies family”

Many thanks

Probably a good time to let this thread pass into the archives.

A young lady has sadly lost her life, and it's probably not a good place to have a discussion where her family and friends could be reading some of the comments.

Without wishing to reopen the discussion, the inquest has been  scheduled to take place at Norfolk Coroner's Court on July 23.
