The Great Forum Meet Auction starts here. We need lots of lots
people and every penny raised goes to keep this great little forum
afloat.
You can post me your lots for auction by pm together with your
details to sort how the buyer will collect.
The auctioneer will be Mr Mike Jaguar.
These lots are offered as gifts to the Forum, and can be items or
services, such as a day out on your pride and joy, or a boat clean or
a cocktail evening....we will draw the line at Swedish massage!!!!
If you aren't coming to the meet, but someone you know is, they can
bid on your behalf if a lot takes your fancy.
So what is Lot 1 going to be?

Donated by Jaguar and Kitten, specially knitted by Kitten.
A king sized hand knitted bedspread in white in a zip up storage
bag,ideal for winter cruising.will be there for display in the day

Adrian Vernon, Head of ?Ranger Services ). Winner please to
advise Mercator ( Steve ) of which area they would ?like to ?visit and
arrangements for the trip will go forward from there.

From Steve Truss ( Insight Marine Surveys ) the generous offer of
a pre-purchase survey.?There is a possibility - subject to
confirmation with Steve at the time - that this may also ?incorporate a
free lift-out.

A voucher for a four hour dayboat hire – for the holder + up to 4
people. (?Generously ?donated by Fineway Leisure Boats,
Wroxham.) N.B. Voucher expires on 19th. July 2014.

afternoon tea included. Sailing according to skipper's decision on
the day. Date to be arranged between Team Brilliant and lot winner.

From Eastcoast Training Services, Great Yarmouth, the generous
offer of a RYA Diesel Engine course. The course to be undertaken
in conjunction with other fee-paying attendees and is subject to
availability. Steve ( Mercator ) can provide further details.

l offer a small oil painting of your boat, favourite Broadland scene or
Broadland bird, painted from a supplied photo, done by professional

retest if necessary anywhere on the Northern Broads (£20 if it's on
the Southern Broads), travel included for anywhere on the Northern

I decided to do something different this yeat,so this is a one off
picture frame measuring 7 1/2 inch by 22 1/4 inch. Decorated with
yellow iris, damsel flies and the forum flag made out of beads.

I'm willing to offer a short break at our holiday
cottage in Ferry Marina Horning. Its called Waterside
Lodge and has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 and has its own
decking looking out over the water. Further details I
can send on request.
I suggest Short Break from Tuesday to Friday to be
taken between Tuesday 16th September - 18th October
2014 (or if this becomes unavailable a mutually
agreeable period out of the main season)

We bid and won on an auction item in 2012. It was carried forward as the yard and our own availability didn't match up and we were trying to not take it at busy times when the yard would lose out.
We are happy to put this back into the auction for this year. Pauline pm me if you need specific details but I am hopeful the donator concerned will be OK with this as they were not concerned on time.
