Immediately downstream of the ferry, the pub had moorings. can anyone tell me if these moorings are piled or just mud faced, also are they Rond anchors, posts or rings?
I've not been down that way for a while.

hi maurice ,
there are 3 lots off moorings at stokesby , there's the BA moorings side of the village green area ,( they are mooring post) 2, outside the pub  ( they 're free moorings too and have mooring posts) 3rd is the farm field moorings ( they charge you for mooring the nite and double mooring is allowed there , but there is a mixture or mooring posts and use of ronding hooks to moor there ,
hope this helps
