Hi Again. Can anyone tell me how long it would take if i set of from Neatishead at 10am saturday morning and arrive at Thurne. My friends and i are on a 10 man centre cockpit cruiser... thanks all the best again..

neatishead to Thurne is 8 miles so roughly two hours, but .....

go slowly through Irsted, the village reached just after you leave Barton Braod, the natives don't take kindly to boats, especially big ones like your speeding theough the village, and anyway, it is far to pretty to rush through.

You may want to stop at How Hill or Ludham Bridge as you pass, or visit South Walsham or Malthouse Broads en route, both are well worth a look.

Timne tends to go out of the window when you step on a boat .....

I think Boatboy means that both would be a nice scenic detour without straying much off course. Neither are very far from the Ant mouth, and both well worth a visit.
