can't think it is somewhere I would want to moor if I wasn;t visiting the pub

I don't know why they don't just make it palin though and say no mooring for non customers!

Hi all
At our local Supermarket its much the same ,
I hr stay, then £50,.and it is enforced.
but they will listen if say that your shopping is going to last longer,or you have a meal in the cafe.
So i can see where the Ferry is coming from.
bit of a shock if you are from abroad and cant read english.

roya

now about my bilges.

Stopped here on the 5th Aug.
Got here at 2.50pm so had just missed lunch so we booked a table for the evening.
Huge variety on the menu huge portions too!!!!!!!!!
Kids made welcome as well.Lovely meal had by all.
Also have refuse compound and shower room there (free)in both the ladies and gents!!!!!!!!!!!
Didn't see the mooring charge till we were leaving the next day as we moored Reedham side of the pub and the signs are the other side of the ferry!!!!!!! Smile  Cheers

I can't wait to get back to this place. It was so far ahead of any other pub (food wise) that i'd happily go there every night.

£25 does sound phenomenally pricey mind.....then again if you moor there and don't use the pub, you deserve a £250 charge!

The Archers Eating Emporium is always worth a stopover...nice beers, great food, good portions and a warm welcome. What more could you ask?

Cheers
