A couple of times recently we've moored at the New Inn in Horning and enjoyed a really good visit.

The first time, was on a Friday evening when they have a Quiz night. The food was great and the Quiz a lot of fun.

This weekend, it was a Saturday, again food, beer and wine was excellent.

Being able to book a table and mooring space ahead, is a real treat for us when we visit Horning, as we like to sail as late as possible and it's nice knowing we'll be able to moor up somewhere safe for the boat.

The service is excellent with a lovely bunch of staff. As stated somewhere else on this website, the breakfast is superb.

Finally, the New Inn has a great collection of retro 2p amusements, which my fellow crew really enjoyed.

I fully agree! Headed for Horning Marina/Ferry Inn last week and found that closed. Carried on and got a mooring at the NEW INN where I enjoyed a very nice evening.

Good atmosphere, good food, easy going service, setup great.

Moorings can be reserved in advance - that is AAA+ !

The New Inn has been one of our favourite places for many years, we always book in advance because they are so popular. In fact I rang last week to book for the 15th and they only just squeezed us in !!!
