I’m thinking of moving my gaff rigged Norfolk Smuggler (9 mtrs inc bowsprit) to the boards. Can you recommend marinas that have berths please? Thanks

You could try Martham Boat Development, they sometimes have space and in a great area for sailing..
In a nutshell
The Moore the merrier.

That depends on where you intend to sail, as a Smuggler is really a sea going craft. Yes you can sail on the broads with your board up, at 2ft 9 inches draft and on Barton and Wroxham broads with it down at 4ft 11 inches.. Hickling Broad would be a struggle having to keep between the channel markers..
If you are looking at sea sailing most of the time then you need a mooring nearer the sea..
if you intend to just sail on the broads with the occasional sea going trip then I can recommend Horning sailing club..
What facilities do you want for your mooring? that also makes big difference as to where to moor..
