I have a small dinghy which has a centreboard case and lugsail, I have until this season used it as a rowing boat and tolled it as such. I have always had had the sailing rig. As I have fitted the mast step and partners I would now consider it a sailing boat. It is only 7'6" long and 4' wide, can it's classification change and will the broads toll be different?

I suggest you ring the Tolls Office to confirm this.
