Add To Ignore List 		I have a small dinghy which has a centreboard case and lugsail, I have until this season used it as a rowing boat and tolled it as such. I have always had had the sailing rig. As I have fitted the mast step and partners I would now consider it a sailing boat. It is only 7'6" long and 4' wide, can it's classification change and will the broads toll be different?

You would need to inform the BNA, as the classification will change from rowboat to sailing craft (5 sq m and under). The toll increases from £36.47pa to £44.40pa. https://www.broads-authority.gov.uk/boating/owning-a-boat/tolls/annual-toll  

I suggest you ring the Tolls Office to confirm this.
