The depth function on my Airmar ISDT N2000 has started to record intermittently, going from actual depth to no reading at all.

Has any had a similar experience?

Hi Has the oil evaporated from the transducer pocket/holder where it is attached to the hull, if not check the ends. John

Thanks for the reply, however, the unit does not have an oil pocket.  It is a single sealed unit which monitors boat speed, depth and water temperature.

The echosounder, log and outside water temperature of my Raymarine installation is similarly linked to an Aimar Triducer, but with me it's the temperature reading that's given up the ghost!

Unfortunately though, my understanding is that the only replaceable component is the paddlewheel, the electronics are sealed and the only option is a new Triducer. But your depth measurement is a little more crucial than my outside water temp!
