Hello,

Has anyone hired Polaris from Waveney River Center? If so dose anyone have any more photos or review of the boat?

Kind regards,
James

Yes we were on Polaris for a week in July. We were the second people to take it out and it had a general feeling of being a bit rushed in terms of finish. Eg there wasn’t a mirror anywhere on the boat!

The positives were the bed was very comfy, very spacious inside, general luxurious feel, the upstairs area on deck was excellent and it was well equipped.

The negatives were no mirror, no tv in the bedroom (other boats of the same design do), the shower screen kept opening during a shower, no water or pump out dials. These might be snags that have been fixed since!

One thing that won’t be fixed is that it just comes with a couch that faces forward on the boat. There is no L shaped fitted sitting area. It makes watching tv hard as the couch faces away from the tv. It was a comfy couch though!

Hope that helps

Thank you very much for the info.

Was there a dinning table hidden away onboard? The photos I have seen don't seem to show anything.

We have the boat in September. Hopefully a few things will fixed. Water dials would be nice. but a good heads up if not!

Thanks

Yes there was a dining table in the lounge area.

The issues were snags. The key things (very comfy bed, indoor space and outside seating area in particular) were all really good.

Don’t forget a travel mirror though just in case. We couldn’t find one to buy anywhere so had to do without for a week!
