I thought I would start this thread as trying to keep photos and video that I have been doing on one thread.
These will be mainly links to other site I have or use.
Helps stop using up Richards Bandwidth / disc space.
So to start with some kingfisher
form this weeks trip with a friend.

This video clip shows the effect of the camera being mounted on a stabilised mounton the boat.
Watch the boat roof moving then look at the shore line.

I'm intrigued by the 'new' floating shed shown in
your film!
Who/what is that about? Not seen that there before.

The older I get...
The better I was....!!

Hi Bill, I think you mean the Nancy Oldfield pontoon?
That is the one that is normally moored on the right bank of Barton when you go towards Gays Staithe.
Opposite where the marker post got broken off some time ago.

There's been some talk about Coltishal Lock on another thread.
There are two junctions as you get towards the end.
One takes you to the Horstead Mill - you donot require that route on the left.
The other is on the right.
You will see why you dont want the left route to the mill from this video.
The second half of the video is the end of navigation or the right hand route.
