Hi all,
This may have cropped up before so apologies if I’m repeating things but on our annual ten day jaunt we moored up at Loddon. I noticed the old Sandersons boat, Aston 30 and the two AquaFibre 42’s on the hard and was just curious what the score is with them all? It just seems such a waste and they look like they’ve been standing for many many years. Just curious guys & gals

As far as I am aware Bill Maxted of this very forum still owns them, he certainly did in 2010 when I moored there for a summer.

Hi. Yes, I believe Bill still has that property and boats. We had our first ever boating holiday with Riverine in 2003 - it set us on a journey and we fell in love with the broads, culminating in our buying our own boat and moving to Oulton Broad in 2015. Bill is a smashing chap. When my mum died suddenly in 2004 he offered to postpone the holiday we had booked with him to the next year - a kindness I shall not forget.
