Ha ha Dave you found me out straight away  Smile , but you can blame Richard for it, been waiting ages to be able to post photos from an Apple iPhone or iPad.

First laugh for you all no mention!

Just morning up Neatishead just a few feet from the quay heading I go to bow thrusters ....nothing!! Help I'm committed to the spot now. But Jo throws the lines to a bunch of helpful bystanders.

I then investigate the problem, not a happy bunny to find the wrong size fuse had been installed from new! Had soldiered on for a while but finally popped it's self. They had fitted a 125Amp fuse should have been a 160Amp one, "should have gone to SpecSavers". In fairness the 125amp would have been correct if the system had been 24 volts!

I have never seen such a physical big fuse! But a replacement from AP preachment was just £16.80 not bad really. It's now fitted and we have thruster Huston LOL.

John.

Paul

Add ballast? Next job on the 'list'  LOL.

But I think it was caused by a boat going passed to fast  LOL.

No list showing here, must have been the speeding boat or the pies LOL.

We are now moored up at South Walsham awaiting the forecast heavy rain and there sure is a bit of a blow on, sailies are nearly flying Wink .

Well after leaving South Walsham we thought try for Ranworth not thinking we'd wouldn't have any luck though. But to our surprise our favourite spot was free, with a large audience in I went and got it right for once!  Cool Indifference  perfik Playful Wink .

Well shortly after we moored up the heavens open and did so for awhile, but brighten up later.

After a so so meal in The Maltster's we called it a night.

This morning off to Horning, but just as I went for a  space on the Staithe A large boat cuts me up, but just wouldn't fit the space I'm in luck then, no a day boat goes flat out and nicks it. Oh hum off to Salhouse it is then but our spot there has a day boat on it too. Then it's a trip to Wroxham and back but just as we are passing Wroxham Broad we notice the first island mooring is free, in we go Smile . Nice little spot and the first time we've ever seen it empty, to good to miss!!

Tomorrow we'll head into Wroxham and as we can't now get under the bridge (we're 7' 8") it will be an in and out affair  Frown . Then back hop full to Salhouse.... more to follow.

John

Hi Dave

Yes, we are very pleased with Braveheart, he does look impressive  Smile .

He will look even better when I complete the varnishing of his wood work. I've managed so far to do his mast and one side hand rail which look great. But this makes the other handrail and wheelhouse look even worse Blush . One of his previous owners had Cetol'ed or used garden furniture paint on the beautiful teak and mahogany, idiot.

We should be out till sometime next week, no real plans however. So you might have to put up with me at bit longer Evil Grin  going on about how nice it is out here LOL.

The photo is where we are tonight on Wroxham Island moorings, which are pretty idlyic Playful , bet you wish you where here.
John.
