I heard it but couldn't see any lights. Thought it was another Apache as a couple had flown close by in daylight.

Military exercise I should thInk, I was in Thurne Dyke the weekend before and some spectacular low flying stuff going on one evening. Same 20 years ago when I lived near the southern rivers marshes and jets were training, thought one was going to come down the chimney it was that low!

Remember a few years back a RAF tanker was waiting in a field loddon/ Chedgrave area ,then a few apchie helicopters landed , refuelled and then set of again,

The helicopter hovered over St Benets moorings again last night and then moved over in the Ranworth direction where it hovers for a few minutes again
