I have no real excuse, but haven't visited the site for what appears to be 5 years (can't be that long surely) the miracle is that I remembered my log in (haven't got it written down). With the possibility of real retirement looming, I may have more time to log in, but far more importantly spend more time on the rivers.
Hope I find the members well although am sure we have sadly lost some regular names and faces. Hugh

Good morning and welcome back Hugh. I recognised the forum name as soon as I saw you had posted.

My mum always said time passes by more quickly as we get older and I'm beginning to see what she meant ! So if you are now approaching retirement, those 5 years will have passed by quicker than you think! Lol.

Good to see you back, and great that you will be spending more time on the river , and hopefully the keyboard  Wink

I am waiting on hearing about voluntary redundancy for the end of August, so long as that happens, there may even be a replacement boat !! boat-power
