Heard on the grapevine that a large hire boat company are preparing their boats for June 1st.
Maybe they are just on their toes and want to be ready if things take off, maybe they have had a tip off, I don't know.
Also believe there is a "fogging" machine which is capable of cleaning the interior ie sterilise, again sorry don't know anything further at this time.

What’s happened, have we all got to join the Masons now.
A secret boatyard maybe opening, a secret pub maybe opening.
That’s me out, I’ve had more black balls than Hurricane Higgins.

Hoseasons have recently moved their start date back to the 4th July for boating holidays. I notice that on Richardsons website, you can book from Monday 29th June, so a little earlier. Herbert Woods won't let you book before the 4th July, so it does seem unlikely.

I’ve had more black balls than Hurricane Higgins.

Reminds me of a story the instructor told on my recent Day Skipper Course.  A Scouse girl had a novel way of remembering the isolated danger buoy being two black shaped balls atop a cone shaped buoy.  "Because if I see a pair of black balls after a night out I know I'm in trouble"

Bella, back to you!!

I’m a gentleman and have never done a Day Tripper Course, with a one ticket to ride.
For the younger readers Hurricane Higgins was a snooker player.

Forresters, I wouldn’t want the red ball, that means that I would have to look after the goat for a week.
I don’t know how they do the handshake now, social distancing.
