Any one driving to the TFI in Horning need to be aware of the new parking restrictions.

Apart from the wording looking a bit suspect, who would park there if they weren't using the pub? It's not like it's near shops or another business that doesn't have parking facilities.

It’s used by those visiting Horning village and staithe, also in season is often full due to the Southern Comfort river tours

This is the car park at the Ferry, not the one by the Swan, which incidentally is definitely ANPR enabled!!

That's right, I don't know how much parking Pedros have for cars?

Not quite sure what would happen if you left your car there overnight after having a few too many in the pub.

This is interesting as it depends on what you read into it. What is a CPS permit? how do you obtain one. If I go to TFI I shall call them first and ask for more info as nothing said about giving your reg in at the bar. I don't trust any of these parking notices, as just an easy way to make money. I can see their trade suffering. You see very few cars on the Kings Head car park in Wroxham since cameras installed.

I am sure if you go onto the CPS website as shown you will be able to buy the appropriate permit.

Many places these days only do parking through a website and inevitably this is the way it will all go sooner, rather than later. Doesn't apply round here but many parking meters are already like this. As indeed is the Dartford Tunnel.

I suppose what is a little surprising is that they have gone to the bother - not sure if I have ever seen their car park that full and in any case, there is plenty of parking nearby. However I would expect the New Inn to probably follow suit in due course.

I doubt the Kings Head in Wroxham car park ever had space for customers - probably all random ones shopping in Roys just because it was handy!!!
