Are you sure Jo has given her approval?  Does look like there is not much Galley space Gasp  or is this a cunning plan to make sure that in future every time you go Sailing you are obliged to provide excellent catering at every port of Call,  Evil Grin  to her exacting standards, if so this could be your most expensive boat yet!!!
