"Notice is hereby given to boat users: Reedham swing bridge will not be available for opening to river traffic from 20:00hrs 24th December 2019 until 22:00hrs 26th December 2019, this is due to the swing bridge being unattended" Nothing ever changes does it if they are not prepared to man it then leave it open and inconvenience rail users!!!
There are no trains on those days but no access for the bridge operator if the bridge is open for river traffic unlike Somerleyton where there is a walkway to the station.
