It's hardly being open with the truth! Point taken though. Dear John, if you are reading these comments, as suspect that you are, then I suggest that an honest, inclusive reply will go a long way towards regaining the trust that the Authority has so regretfully lost.

It’s been confirmed that The Broads are not a National Park but the term can be used for advertising and promotional purposes.

Gov.uk state that advertising a product (The Broads) in this way is illegal.

Paladine, please help me, has this been legally overridden?

Thanks

BELLA, may I suggest you direct your question to the ASA https://www.asa.org.uk/make-a-complaint.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIztXTioO_2QIVLrXtCh04QwvqEAAYASABEgLLjvD_BwE

Are the  Broads  a product?

Let us know what the ASA say. They know more about these things that we do.

The ASA has not been helpful in the past but then I don't think that they realise or accept that the Broads is being sold as a product.

Don't forget to look out for the unicorns grazing in the fields around How Hill.
