for the photo's on the 3th photo i cuold see my boat i was down there last week to give her a jet wash and was talking to dave he says that thay have got permission now to build a new toilet and shower block on the new part which is good news

After starting this thread, and having agreed a purchase, it looks like I am going to be joining you all. The survey I had done seems to have been very positive so its all engine go. I hope to have the purchase organised so that I can be there April 8/9th. At the moment she is being used as a live aboard. It has been nice to see so many positive comments.
