for the photo's on the 3th photo i cuold see my boat
i was down there last week to give her a jet wash and was talking to dave he says that thay have got permission now to build a new toilet and shower block on the new part which is good news

He has also said that at some point in the future he's going to be adding in fuel tanks so they can do fuel there.

But he's NEVER going to sell gas bottles, apparently the insurance needed for that is astronomical and the profit margin virtually non-existant.

shaun think you'll find that there is quite a good bunch of us from the site who moor there craft there , we've been there for a few years now and would'nt dream of going anywhere else ,

After starting this thread, and having agreed a purchase, it looks like I am going to be joining you all. The survey I had done seems to have been very positive so its all engine go.
I hope to have the purchase organised so that I can be there April 8/9th. At the moment she is being used as a live aboard.
It has been nice to see so many positive comments.
