They wont just disappear overnight anyway. To enforce a byelaw takes time to gather the evidence, submit a prosecution file, go to court etc etc. They will probably stretch it as far as they can now that they have nowhere else to go.

The same navigation that countless holidaymakers regularly stick blow up inflatable pool type dinghies or donut rings on, again with most if not all ever paying or even being challenged for a visitors toll? "
Karen - I asked a Ranger about the payment of tolls for these.- His comment to me was " We have been told not to ask these as we are too busy checking on private boats "
I am currently getting information about boats non- payment. Will make interesting reading once I get more information.
I cruise on THE NORFOLK BROAD as I can not cruise on something that is NOT.
