Hello All
We have a stern on mooring dock to let within Herbert Woods marina at Potter Heigham.
It measures 46 x14 feet and has a finger.
Water, an electric hook up topped up by card purchased from the marina office and wifi are included.
These moorings are very user friendly as you can unload your vehicle on to the quay heading behind your boat.
It includes parking for one vehicle which is located through a security barrier as is the mooring dock.
It is a reasonable way of mooring in a prestige marina and all their regulations apply to any moorers within their marina. Which keep the standards high.
We have been assured by Herbert Woods that all the marina services ie pump out, fuel and maintenance are available to moorers.
The cost for twelve months is 1800 pounds subject to terms and conditions.
We are sorry but we can't accommodate wooden vessels.

Please P.M if interested.

We have one of pargeandmarges moorings at potter and have found it to be very good.

I can confirm all of HW facilities are available to you and we are made most welcome.

Only niggle and we were advised in advance is that the wifi at HW is absolutely rubbish and so far we have failed to find a 4G network that will deliver a reasonable signal. We are after all moored in the middle of a Marsh with no residential property nearby so it is not surprising.

Happy to answer any practical questions based on our experience.

Graham

Hi, it’s been a year since I contacted you. I asked for a mooring and you kindly replied having one available. However, my wife was taken seriously ill and our plans went out the window! It transpires she has Parkinson’s and now suffers badly. Things have now settled down and we are back in the market For a mooring just as yours. I know it’s a long shot asking but don’t suppose you have anything available.

Kindest Regards, Nick &Caz

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. We are coming up the the Broads next week and have made several appointments to view boats so if things go as planned all we need is a mooring. We did go and see yours but as I said everything was put on hold. We have sold our boat on the Avon so funds are available.
Thank you once again for your time and consideration.

Kindest Regards, Nick &Caz
