I assume the boat has a valid safety certificate, toll and insurance?

Sorry, I have only said it twice, in 8000 postings, but who are you kidding. Walk away, a lost cause.

Hi Nobo Is the boat planked wood ,compost molded wood or plastic hull wood topside, If it is planked wood it will probably leak at the seams until the wood swells and fills the gaps up,when it goes into the water for first time you need to be there to bail out the water.Have you had boats before or are you new to them?. John

You say the mast is down has it been rested port to starboard or starboard to port ?
I'm sure that some members here can imagine the novice sailor pottering up the Bure with mast as pictured above. He sat in the cockpit hanging on to a spluttering outboard thinking WOW it has a jacuzzi bath built in.
Is it also just a rumour? that the crane driver has been taught to cast like a fly and try to get as close to yonder bank as possible.
Regards
Marge and Parge

As Bill says walk away and buy when you have good time.

nobo seems to have gone rather quiet, maybe taken some of the first class advice given. Or perhaps just disappointed that nobody offered to move the boat. I wonder what nobo stands for................
