Hi

Yes Paul has vacancies at the moment! I can say the moorings are good we've been there for coming up to a year now and are very happy with the moorings.

Contact Paul on 01603 712362 or 07909180427.

Also Paul has all the facilities that you would need, water, fuel, electricity and pump out by your boat, just phone him up and he will take care of it for you. He also has the shed to do work in, both his work and if you like a bit of diy. (Fuel is still 99p at the moment I think)

Hope to see you there  Smile  , we of to the boat today, just to do a bit of sorting out.

John.

Kind regards, John(Captain
Joshie), Jo & Toby.

Thanks John. Thought that you were there. With Richardsons at the moment the Ant will be an even bigger nightmare. Would you mind telling me the annual costs? Pm if you would prefer

Hi Pauline

The costs are £43 + vat per foot. Electricity is not metered, just a flat fee for the year and you use what you need! This to me seems a very fair price for what we get.

Your right about the Ant, soon be that during July/August it will be a no go area unless you are a hire boat! Unlike the Southern Broads which even on an August Bank Holiday are much much quieter, but don't tell everyone  Playful Wink .

We are on the boat at moment and it is peaceful to and quite here, lovely.

John.

Kind regards, John(Captain
Joshie), Jo & Toby.

Hi Pauline

One other bonus that we've  have found since being moored here compared with any other mooring we've had is how clean the boat stays over long periods, both inside and out!

I'm guessing that's due to there being very few trees around and the boardwalks to access the boat, also the car park is not muddy it being surface with stones.

The only mess is the birds Scared  but that's not bad and we do like to watch the wildlife. At present we have a couple of herons that like to fish from the pontoons oppersite us. We also have seen our first batches of young geese and ducks.

All in all a nice place to be, even without leaving the berth Smile .

John
