Lord Paul How honoured I am for you to welcome me I live on the west coast small town of Mandurah, 1 hour south of Perth. Your son should have a great time here, sun, surf, beer, more beer, and oh yes, beautiful sheila's.

Hi David, If I lived in Oz Mandurah would be a candidate. On Google Earth, I see houses with their own moorings. Millionaire's row??
Pauline 'Stop it you silly ass!' cried the Rat from the bottom of the boat 'You can't do it! You'll have us over!'

Hi Pauline Millionaires row indeed. As you would have seen Mandurah is a coastal town big on tourism, increasing in the boating passtime (but not a patch on the Broads) They have been developing canals (not like the english canals) for a long time now. It is a great place to live. Currently enjoying a mild 26 celsius today David

Hi David, I too live in oz and live in Darwin. Go to the thread on fishing was hard and posted a pic of the last decent fish I caught. I will over on the broads again next year. Would like to retire there but our dollar will not go far. This is a great site and folks do reply. Attached is a pic of my boat. Send a PM and we can swap emails Keith
