At the end of May a group of us are off on a first time trip on the Broads. We will be picking the boat up at Acle for a week and I was after some advice on routs, stops, pubs and so on. We are greatly looking forward to our holiday and want to make the best of it so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi goodale & welcome. As it's your first time, I'd recommend pootling about on the Northern rivers for a week. There's plenty to see & plenty of mooring places, pubs included. The route's not really important as in the week you'll have time to do most or all of the north anyway. Just come out of the boatyard, turn left & do what takes your fancy!
