Am going from Stalham for 2 weeks at the end of Sept., just cruising around. Is it long enough to do North AND South?

Topchef48 hello and welcome,

2 weeks is plenty of time to cover both North and South.  You just need to look at a tide table to see the best times to go through Yarmouth being approx. 1 1/4 hours after low water.

If you follow the link below to you will find travel times and maps and a link to a site that does a great tide table.

I am there with The Missus for a week starting September 26 on Swan Rapture.

You can if you wish download Forum Logo's to place in the boat windows by following the link at the bottom of the page.

Kind Regards
Alan...

2 weeks is plenty and you will find that you don,t have to rush use the tides

We've done both in a week - so yes, 2 weeks is enough (and you will be able to stop off and look at things - we're doing just that in the autumn!)

Lucky so and so. Yes plenty of time, as said before, check the tides and plan your trip around an hour after slack water, the bit between the low tide going out and the tide turning and coming back in. Enjoy your trip.
