Hi Manda I have found that the Ballard works very well it isn't any better than a ten element aerial, but it is so small that it can be left up/out most of the time without the hazel of removing it when going under bridges it is like a very large ice cream cone. they also work while under way if there is a musant miss program.Wards at Brundell keep them.John

We have a Ballard. Nice clear picture and much easier to store than most, but unfortunately it doesn't do the impossible and work through heavy vegetation and trees.
