Just trawl through the news
channels and select whichever
region you want and set it to
your favorites.

Is it actually s Sky contract you are trying to add to or is it a free view satellite box? If it is free view, just use the "scan for channels" command and it will add most. If you want a particular channel that does not seem to appear you need to find out its codes from the internet and then add manually. I think I'm right but theres always a good chance i'm not but this might prompt someone more expert to have a go!

Hi Steve,

You just contact sky and ask they to change your default regional channel to what ever you prefer. We have done it a couple of times in the past.

Best Wishes,
