We shall be coming from abroad for a week at the end of September. Mainly we shall be in the North Broads, rather than the South.

We shall be getting a pay-as-u-go mobile phone card for the holiday duration. Reading the posts we note that reception can be an issue. Which network is the most recommended, please? Many thanks.

Best wishes,
Peter Dep.

I find O2 quite reasonable, but to some extent you know, it depends on the phone itself I think.

Have a really good hol

While it's a close call, it's not for no reason the the BA use Vodafone.

Not perfect but Vodaphone is best in my opinion.

From previous threads on this subject, Vodafone appears to be the clear winner. Apart from the Horning Black Hole where all mobile signals disappear without trace, I can get a signal on Vodafone just about anywhere. What I will add though, is that to a certain extent it depends on which phone you have. I've  been standing next to someone on Vodafone and I have a signal and they don't.

OK, thanks guys. It seems that at the finish, it's Vodafone by a nose. Certainly suits me - I use Vodafone here in Spain.

Feedback much appreciated - thanks.

Best wishes,
Peter Dep.
