Hi
I hate shopping.  The lights and the shelves give me headaches.  20 mins in B&Q and I am a raging monster. Tescos...don't even go there.

Xmas shopping even more. I can never work out what to get people.
Internet shopping is OK though.

Me and the wife spent 4 hours in a garden center the other weekend and bought a dog lead!!!! Then it was too late to go to the shop at the marina!!!!

I think it is a Man - Woman thing???

Hi Corrina

I have to hold my hands up....I do no Christmas shopping at all!!

Luckily I have two sisters....who accommodate my character failings very well and they do the shopping...I give them the money!!  Smile

Still... I like everything else about Christmas... can't wait!

For goodness sake Dan, get in touch with your feminine side.

Christmas, and indeed ladies clothes shopping is the best fun ever, I just love it!!!!!!!!!

Ok Jen's gone now,  I'm with you on this one mate, just don't tell anyone. Playful Wink

How is education supposed to make me feel smarter? Besides, every time I learn something new, it pushes some old stuff out of my brain. Remember when I took that home winemaking course, and I forgot how to drive?

I'm with you Corinna, I love Christmas. I think we are really lucky on this country that we have the four very different seasons, and Christmas is a great time coming as it does in the heart of winter at the darkest time of the year. makes all of the lights and decorations really look good!

The shopping's great, the parties, catching up with old friends but it's also really good to take time to catch up with "proper" Christmas activities like carol concerts etc. They make the whole time that little bit more special.

Regards

Paul

I used to hate the lead up to christmas, mainly the shopping, the crowds, the xmas musak.

Now I get online, buy everything and sit back !

Only problem is that I tend to wrap presents the same way I bag sails.
