Hello everyone . . .

A little help please, looking for information on where is the best place (out of season / in the winter) to get diesel fuel and best price in the  broads area shown (wroxham / horning / stalham, sort of areas). Also, best places for pumpouts in the winter months.

HORACE.

Horace,

Also agree with Boulters but some others up the Ant are Ludham Bridge Services and now under new ownership Sutton Staithe Boatyard.

All these are open during the winter and sell fuel at non rip off prices.

You mean the other Starboard then...

Hi Horace,

I agree with the others; Sonny and Keith at Boulters are best at pumping poo. Their diesel is some of the cheapest around too.

Yep Steve

Deisel is 50p per litre at Sutton since the new owner took it over.

You have to go into the Private moorings to get it at the moment but they plan to extend the hose to the services only moorings by the slipway.

Very handy for us who moor in the Stalham area.

Rod

edit for ps

If you want the best pump outs IMHO go to Richardsons or to anyone who has worked on their fleet. I think the incentive is that the guys who do the pumping are the same guys that fix the loos when they go wrong. So they are going to make sure the tank is as clean as possible :80:

You mean the other Starboard then...

I need this information as well as we are up from the 17th Feb so thanks all. Just a note though saw in richardsons office the other week that the pump out is closed until March.
