Good evening all,

I am in desperate need of hull inspection in order for me to be able to obtain full insurance, I have 3rd party for the time being but have been waiting 4 weeks now for a guy who said he was going to do it for me and each week he has been busy, I get it’s a busy time of year.
If anyone has any suggestions on who can do this for me ASAP I’d be greatfull

Cheers

Regards

Martin

I'm assuming you want a full out-of-water survey, so you'll also have to arrange a lift-out with a local yard (unless your boat is already out).

Try Dominic Buckley http://www.eastangliayachtsurveys.co.uk/index.html He is very thorough and at a reasonable cost.

Whoops! Where are my manners. Welcome to the forum  Smile

The type and size of your boat may also have a bearing on the sort of advice offered. Can you update us a tad maybe?

"Hi" not 100% sure of your location but you could always try Steven Truss on 07717-186264 or land line 01692-580119 plus Ferry marina can lift her out at anytime these days just talk with Graham.
Good Luck. Smile

Kindest Regards Mike

I'll second that.

You might need to wait awhile for Steve Truss he is now based in Greece.

European Marine Surveys are based locally in Norwich, time and travel is often reflected in survey costs so it pays to ship local!

Give Sabina at Wroxham a ring they will be able to take out of water and arrange whatever type of inspection you need I am sure.

All the boats I have owned including my present one have all been insured with Craftinsure and I never been asked for a hull survey. Worth getting a quote from them.
