We are presently looking at a boat to purchase, but it requires a new galley fitting out and the aft cabin requires two bench seats fitting with a pull out bed arrangement. In our younger days we would have set about this task with no problem, but  now we are unable.  Without going and spending thousands at a large yard (which we did with our last boat) to find it was all badly put together!! we would like to offer the job to either a retired person wanting extra cash or may be a trainee joiner wanting more experience.

Is there anybody out there that would like to take on all or some of the work, or anybody know somebody that we could call, should we decide to buy it.Many thanks.

Hi. As you have had a boat before then you may already know
that some yards do not allow outsiders in to do work on
your boat. I do know that some yards allow certain
people though. Check with your mooring provider before
going down this route.
To answer your question I'm afraid I don't know of anyone.
