Morris Oils make one of the best addatives.

To get the smell of "R" on the cheap just add a couple of spoonfulls of vegetable oil (cooking) to a tankfull, don't overdo it though as it can gum up the rings.

Kev m8...somewhere in the depths of our garage I have a device called a "Fuel Cat" bought at a classic car show which connects in-line on your fuel hose between the pump and the carb and allows you to run unleaded fuel on a non-unleaded engine with no valve-seat recession problems.

We used this successfully recently on a 1987 Ford Capri Mk3 2.0 packing an old Pinto engine with 125k miles on it. Worked superbly. If you want I can try and find it out and you're welcome to use it...

Just let me know if you're interested.
