Hi I have a problem with my eberspatcher D3LC heater wonderd if any members can help Heater starts as normal on full power but when turned down using rotary control on 7 day programer heater just stops dead as if power supply has been disconected no controled shut down just a complete stop no fault code is displayed on controler and heater can be restared it then completes the previous failed shut down and procedure is repeated again (control turned down heater stops dead as before )any help would be much apreciated
