The Stuff I just used on my Topside is great, it's called Cut And Shine got it from my auto-valeters £20 for 5ltrs, yes 5ltrs, removes all the oxidisation and black marks, and leaves a good shine, but it recommends you finish it off with a good quality polish, it's used by a very big boat builders in Portsmouth so it's safe on boats and easy to use by hand,
I'm Not CRAZY, my view on reality is just different to YOURS,,,

I always have a bottle of Elbow Grease that I buy for just £1.00 from Brundall Hardware Store. It seems to get almost all the marks off including the fenders.
