You could try Peachments but to be honest I'd go to an automotive scrap yard they are afterall just the wire wool type which you wash out when they get bunged up. All you need to know is the diameter of the bit it is to be clamped onto.

Shaun could be worth having a word with Dave on the yard ,he has quite a few bits and pieces for different things in his shed and an air filter could just be one of them

If you can find a Balkancar fork truck servicer, they use a Bulgarian made version of the Perkins 4108 and do all spares to fit. Another suggestion but maybe to far away is P.A.G.S. in Sheffield,

Thank you and Goodnight.

The 4.107 & i think 4.99 were the same, dont forget the flame trap that fits inside, a conical perforated jobbie.
Try Maycraft he is a good source of parts made from unobtainium.

Hi Shaun, I have a perkins 4-108 in my Birchwood and it just has a tin cover over the side facing inlet. I like the idea of a proper air filter. Can you let me know how you get on please and if the other filter is still available - thanks - Colin
