Just wondering if anyone has hired the statesman or commissioner?
I did like the President but with the trouble I had in October with not being able to get under the bridges. But also also, with my dodgy knee these look an easier boat to get off. Hired similar smaller version (swan rapide & Olympic light).
We’ve hired commissioner twice and got it again in June. Only the 2 of us so plenty of room. Handles great with dual steering & bow thrusters and easy to get of the back with rear door.lovely alfresco seating up top. Very similar to statesman which has more bedrooms so a little less room inside. It all depends on how many people will be on board.
We had commissioner in 2016 and have booked for August 2020. Great handling and rear door makes getting off and on a doddle. Enough room for family of 4. Great all round visibility from up top. Can't wait !!
