Another booking for silver emblem here!
I've followed the link thank you. Any more comments on the boat (or boat yard) would be great.

It's from Ferry Marina. That in itself is an assurance of quality. Mr Funnell doesn't deal in 'sheds'. All his boats looked great this year and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

Not heard a negative comment on the rhond regarding Ferry Marina.

Enjoy your hols, guys! Cheers

Hi Garry.h

We have hired from Ferry Marina for the last 4 years last year we had there biggest boat Diamond Emblem 1 which is the same design as Silver Emblem I must say it was the best time we have had yet. We booked Silver Emblem 2 for the 4th May 2015 for just my wife and I. We have never been in May just July & August so will be a lot quieter. I will give you the full rundown as soon as we have had her for the week.  boat-sail

Hi - only just seen this, we were lucky enough this year to go out on Silver Emblem for a week in May - it was so good we are going again in May next year!
The boat - is excellent, great to have the option to drive from up top, we did that all week, visibility was perfect. Inside is very spacious, best layout we have been on kitchen-wise, its massive, great satellite TV, bed was comfy and a lot of space around it, best bit was full size separate shower that at 6ft 4ins I could stand upBook it, you won't regret it, Ferry Marina as are good as it gets!

Hi All, Just returned from a four night stay on Silver Emblem (1). So as not to have to repeat myself , I will submit a post under the "holiday tales" section of the forum then as well as providing info on the boat it will hopefully make an interesting read and be helpful with regard to mooring and bridges etc. Cheers Stu
