We had the Coral from Acle for 2 weeks and found it to be a fantastic boat for two people. The forward cabin is spacious to sit in and the sliding canopy makes it very airy when open. It does restrict sideways vision when closed and sitting on the helm seat a touch, not much but a little. As first timers both myself and Linda found steering her very easy (although it was like being on a saily the first time Linda tried). lots of bench space for the galley and a full sized cooker with 4 burners. the shower was ok if a little cramped (I'm 6ft tall and 19 stone and managed)the rear bedroom is plenty big enough for 2 people.Oh the helm is very uncomplicated with only 3 dial oil pressure/revs/ water temp. Any questions please ask

Trem Hi,

Glad to hear you enjoyed yourselves and were happy with the boat.

I have noted the boat, as being a little narrower than the norm it may be a have a better chance of going through Potter Heigham bridge.

Trem I found your links did not work. I have reposted them for you.  Hopefully they will keep working as I did have bit of agg getting them to work myself

thanks for reposting the links, i did try and use the img as i do on other forums but couldnt get them to work. We couldnt get under potter heigham bridge when we tried, the pilot did say he may get us through the next day but we would be stuck that side for a few days if we did,so we opted not to.

Hi Trem1....thanks so much for the info and photos on
Coral Horizon. Looks like the boat fits the bill so im
doubly excited to go onboard now.

How did you get on with water Trem as it how many fill
ups during your stay and how was the power situation?
Oh and a biggy....Did the free wifi work?

I do wonder why you couldnt get under potter heigham
though as Richardsons have told me the boat goes under
all bridges, is it just due to high tides or something?
I really want to go up that end as it looks like it
could be ideal for 1st timers as the big boats cant get
under ...hahaha

Thanks Trem Smile

sorry for the late reply but

Water was fine, we both showered every morning and it lasted 3 days without running out BUT aoart from the kettle we didnt use the water for much else as we ate ashore
potter bridge was down to tides
and the wifi ..........well it just builds your hopes up that your going to be able to use it. It was useless for us both north and south

fingers crossed for you, forgot to add there is 1 12v cigarette socket in the bedroom and 1 240 socket just behind helm seat( i would only use that whilst engine running)you could check tide heights at PH before you go, see if it looks likely
