can any one help, we are deciding on our boat for march and need a little help. there are three boats we would like info on and after checking the hire boat info on the site already we wondered if any one had comments and hopefully interior photos of the following 3 boats then you would really be helping us out. the boats are: Brinks Prelude Silver Wisper Corsair Light
Sorry can’t help with interior shots. However Corsair Light is a 3 star Herbert Woods boat and Barnes Brinkcraft do not always get good press on here.
However many well respected members on this Forum rate Silverline. On that basis, I think I would be inclined to go for Silver Wisper. I think all the boats are about the same age but I’d put money on the Silverline one being better maintained.
Anyway see what others think.

I read about the evils of drink so I gave up reading
Of the three I would choose Silver Wisper everytime without any doubt. I have hired this boat on a number of occasions (including this year) but have never taken interior photos. The brochure picture shows the saloon with the high forward bench seat unique to three Silverline boats. This offers superb viewing but reduces seating in the saloon a little so that it would be a little cramped for six/seven adults to sit but I enjoyed my meals sitting up on that bench seat.
Brink's Prelude has the disadvantage that it is very high sided, so boarding & mooring will be tricky, and bridge restrictions more common too. On the positive side the extra height may give slightly better views.
There's no doubt the interior of the Silverline is in a different league to the other two craft, so I'd strongly suggest only going for either Corsair Light or Brink's Prelude if you can look inside first. Unless hire costs are different for them the Silverline wins hands down.
Go for silver wisper, silverline provide a very good service, the less I say about barnes the better apart from brinks prelude is a very old boat, and having hired some of their newest boats I would be very worried indeed.
