Hi Steve, The ones you were thinking of were called Ocean Discoverer etc if I remember correctly. What ever happened to that fleet, and where were they situated at Wayford Bridge, because I could never see their base?

Dan. Astounding, or where you you there!? The Neatishead Boats were based on the left before you pass through the bridge going upstream or at least I think they were. Like you said they kept well hidden. Fred

Fred, You've already supplied the photo, hence I thought it might be cheating to join in

Morning all, i'm new to this wee gathering and impressed. Just as a starter and I may be wrong of course, but did not Bridgecraft at Acle have one of these as "Westminster Bridge"? I suggest this having hired it back in 1975...... Little single cabin at the rear. Trevor

Hi Trevor Welcome to the site, Bridgecraft did indeed have Westminster Bridge which was the same style. Don't know if you've discovered it yet (there are about 1000 of Craigs subtle hints to the site throughout this forum!), but you can trace what happened to many boats and how they changed fleets and hands at the boat database, linked from www.horning.org.uk All the best Dan

Dan I like the subtle approach i.e. getting someone-else to make the suggestions - Richard keep complaining
