Hi im coming for a week in october and plan to bring my fishing tackle, the only problem is bait, is there plenty of shops along the way selling maggots/ worms etc??? im starting from loddon any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you are comming to the broards via Wroxham/Hoveton there are two fishing shops.
1/ At the bridge on the Hoveton side
2/Station Road, Hoverton.

hi there ,
there was a maggot vending machine outside the newsagents at loddon , not sure if it's still there as we haven't been down to loddon for a while ,
failing that and what ever direction your heading , tackles shops at
brundall , oulton broad ,
if heading north side ,
stracey arms windmill ,
lathams ,or outside bridge stores maggot vending machine potter hiegham ,
maggot vending machine at lion inn pub thurne dyke ,
Drl marine womack water ,
maggot vending machine , ludham bridge outside the stores,
stalham , tackle shop top of the high street,
and 2 no tackle shops in wroxham , side of the bridge and in station road ,

Hi Chris
There is a shop in lodden that sells fresh maggots and other fishing gear.Its in the main street but cant remember name but there is asign in front of shop so you cant miss it.As for the bait vending machine i think Steve may of been thinking of Ludham as theres one there. Tight lines Smile

We got half pint of maggots from Wroxham at the side of the bridge Wednesday £2.50 in tub. Never see turbo maggots shift like they did
